This is a typical day for you

Who do you meet, what do you discuss

Coffee, daily stand-up, let's go!
It's a sunny Thursday morning, you grab a coffee and start planning your day. 9 o'clock: time for the daily stand-up meeting with the rest of the consultancy team. A fellow team member needs help with setting up Enhanced E-commerce tracking for their client, so you offer to take a look.

Develop yourself by establishing clear goals
Next up: Monthly check in with Daphne - the Head of Consultancy. You have a nice chat, exchange feedback, establish goals for the coming month and give your Team Happiness Score. We want to make sure RockBoosters develop themselves in the areas they choose and keep them happy and comfortable.

After that you have a meeting with one of your clients.
Along with Charida, your fellow growth hacker (there are always at least two growth hackers on a project) you sit down with a B2B client to discuss the event-tracking you have set-up last week. Your client is impressed how the tracking results displays the actual customers behaviour. He gives you a green light to reallocate some call-to-actions. Easy fix with your coding experience.

Free lunch with your co-workers
It’s 12:15 you receive a giphy from your colleague that your lunch is ready. Everyone needs fuel and so do you. Together with the whole team you share a joke or two around the lunch table.

Afternoon focus on client tasks
The rest of the day you're working on another client. They are getting a new website developed by DotControl and you are one of the growth hackers on the project. You pick up the technical SEO audit and give advice to developers on how to best setup the pages.

Phew, this day is going well.

You check the results of the Adwords script you wrote two weeks ago which automatically updates bids for the best times of the day and see an increase of 17% in conversions for your client. Wow! You inform the client of the results and settle down for the day by checking out a few more video's of the Advanced Analytics course on CXL Institute.
